I set up two stations about 100 yards apart.

Station 1: pull-up bar, rings, 95 lb barbell, 35 lb dumbbell

The workout is:

Run to station 2
Station 2: 20 pushups
Broad Jump to station 1
Station 1: 15 ring dips
Butt Kicks to station 2
Station 2: 20 double unders
High Knees to station 1
Station 1: 15 DB Clean/Press 35 lbs (7L/8R)
Walking Lunge to station 2
Station 2: 20 burpees
karoke to station 1
Station 1: 20 95# Thrusters
Jump skips to Station 2
Station 2: 20 ball slams

Done!

Yeah, it sucks air :-) You can shorten the distance between the stations to, say, 50 yards. 100 yards of butt kicks is a lot of butt kicking :-)
