We weren't feeling the max sets today, so I made this up and it smoked us pretty good.


walking lunges with 1.5 pood
1.5 pood hanging power snatch
ring dips

We forgot to hit the start button and don't have a time, so I'm curious to see how others do.

I'm looking forward to doing my own WOD tonight...
10 rounds of 10 db clean and presses w/db's = to 1/2 bodyweight and hang power snatch with 1/2 bodyweight. Should be fun.
