What's your body part "shield"?

Hi,

Been a while, i notice the inov-8 youtube channel talking about crossfit and some lady talk about inguinal ligament part of a man's shield?(around 2:12)

Which CF exercise trains the inguinal ligament the most??

Going to go out on a limb here and guess Weighted Squats, Lunges, and any associated mobility work? I'd bet it probably has more to do with being muscular with very low bodyfat though.

To answer the OP: All of them. Do CrossFit, eat right, and your "shield" will come out eventually.
