Warm up your deadlifts. Get ready for prime time with whatever sequence you like, e.g. 1x135x5, 1x185x3, etc, to where you're working. Then do three max sets. Mine will be around 400. Take as much rest as you need between sets. There's no rush at all. This is straight weight training. Then do 3 max sets of bar dips. This is as many as you can do for a set. Rest as long as you like. Do it again. Rest. Do it again. Then rest.
After you're feeling pretty good, set the countdown timer on your watch, and do the deadlift/bar dip cycle. Half rounds count.
