Re: The bacon thread

my wife was down in dc recently visiting some friends and went out to a restaurant (i wish i could remember the name) that served a pork chop, stuffed with sausage, and then wrapped in bacon.

i haven't tried re-creating it at home yet but i definitely need to move that up on my "to do" list.

Re: The bacon thread

Man I envy everyone who has a kitchen to cook stuff in...college dorm rooms suck. Since people have only mentioned the bacon cups, I figured I would post the site so people interested in them could learn how to make them:

Re: The bacon thread

Eh, 3-3 1/2 hours away so regretably I cannot come. The next time I go home I am definitely making the bacon explosion...that would be a great course at the Bacon Dinner Party

Really? Are you sure about that? The "bacontini" (Work, family, and bacon safe)

Wish I lived closer. I would so come to the Bacon Dinner Party. Maybe I need to do a West Coast version....
