Klein's Strength Bias

I started posting a day into the first cycle. Sorry. Anyway, I'm 18, about 5'10" and I hover around 185lbs. Here are a few of my maxes:

Deadlift: 345lbs
Back Squat: 285lbs
Front Squat: 260lbs
Shoulder Press: 135lbs
Clean: 225lbs
Jerk: 215lbs
Pull ups: 25

Obviously, I need to get stronger, and I believe the Strength Bias will help me achieve that.
