Flexibility

A month ago I couldn't fully squat, properly deadlift, overhead squat, front squat, or achieve a proper rack position. My hamstrings, hip flexors, wrists and hands weren't flexible enough. Now I can do al those things. Olympic lifts are AMAZING for flexibily. Also, I did a back flip a few days ago. I just suddenly felt it was possible, and I was right.

I've been doing this for one month. I can't imagine what I'll be like in a year.

welcome and congrats! You just decided to a back flip out of nowhere? or did you used to do them and just felt you could do them again?
