Started the First day of Crossfit training Monday Feb 5, 2007 Working out with Eazy E
:sniper: Came out blazin!

Starting weight 210lbs
Ran 15 minutes
3 x 15 back extensions
3 x 10 sit up(red ball leg)

warm up set squats 5 x 135 lbs
2 x 5 sets 225 lbs
3 x 5 sets 245 lbs
