I'm starting a journal, to get advice/comments on my crossfitting. As a recent convert I'm miles away from elite, for now. I'm also one of the "•••••" bodybuilders you all ••••• about. So be kind, I'm trying to learn the ways of the crossfitter.

Pre-lift notes: Iced back
Attempted: Modified- Candy
5 rounds for time.
3 rounds for 20.02
Post- lift notes:
Wanted 4 rds at less than 20 mins, but got in the gym and felt the soreness from saturday. Definatly need a rest day tomarrow, luckily it is one.
Pullups were kipped/cheated as needed, but definatly getting easier, dips last few reps were negatives, squats were to depth 90% of the time.
Still should note this is 7 mins faster than last attempt.

I'm going to post Saturdays W/O for an idea on why this was so pathetic, due to the pre-exhaustion.
