I disagree. Skinny doesnt feel nearly as good as how healthy feels. One is an aesthetic, superficial, hollow coat of armor propagated by social media and peer pressure; The other is a self-accepting, deep down happy, soul-nurturing way of life. The misconception is that the two are inclusive of one another. I think they will always be antonymic concepts. Why? Because guilt will never yield self-esteem. People who self-loathe will never feel good.
Well put lady!! Great seeing you the other night! Hopefully you found your shoe and had a coffee

Re: Brandi's Bean Count

Sept 3
2 miles

Bfast: coffee, bacon
Lunch: cream based tomato soup, 1/2 a grilled cheese with avocado/bacon/tomato, coffee w/cream and sugar
* I was in agony after I ate that. My digestive system was filled with the rage of 1000 charging elephants. Life was bad.
Dinner: Sweet potato, lots of spinach, grilled meatballs, water

1000 charging elephants - probably cool to watch on national geographic - not so cool in your belly. Hope you're feeling better!

Re: Brandi's Bean Count

oof. I know that gluten+dairy feeling... it is no fun... even if grilled cheese is AMAZING.
