Disappointing, thought I could at least get 145 based on bench press but no

Metcon
Made up the adv team workout I missed Sat w/ Record (which is kinda like today's metcon anyway)

500m row
40 Hand Release Pushups
30 SA OH Lunges
20 Power Clean
30 HR Pushups
20 SA OH Lunges
10 Power Cleans
500m row

Time: 15:27
It wasn't the worst thing, pushups and last row were the worst parts.
Rows were 1:54 and 2:00
Lunges were in 5's
Cleans were in 10's

I did this wrong and was supposed to do 4-6 sets at 315x3.

Score : 4 rds plus 2 pull-ups
*I had no grip strength, and did pull-ups one at a time ? I dunno what happened.*

Training when I can ..between start of semester weird work schedule and *some antibiotics that make me
real dizzy and lethargic so it's up to how I feel that day if I can train.

Erin is rude and made us do mens weight . Poor record did the last set of push presses (yikes)*

Legs are fried from pause squats yesterday.

Also deep locker room discussion of the day- *why do my quads not ever get bigger *? Not that I care about the *aesethics , I am more curious from a muscle development stand point. *Record and I were discussing and even when I squat several times a week it seems my hamstrings & glutes develop and the front of my legs are like sticks.*
