Thanks Erin. I got in doubles today and did oly at 5:30 with Sammy.

Really worked on opening my hips and going all the way down with the snatch and clean. Small victories

Only did 75lbs for the clean. I really have to work on not jumping forward and finishing strong.

Sunday 9/2 Fight gone bad 3 rounds

Did croga before which i think def helped. The last time I did this workout was in the old gym it was the first workout that I did with Scotti... She not only whooped me I threw up the whole way home.

220 reps.

I was happy with that score. It is a great workout to judge everything and the progress over time.

20 double unders

Did 2 + 7 Dubs

Oly Lifting

Worked on the squat clean. Got a lot accomplished and Sammy helped me out a lot with getting my hips through.

Broad Jump 117.25 a 1 inch PR. Last week I only did 114.

Did 295lbs for 8 sets of 1

Did the last 5 sets at 95lbs. I really tried to work on my finish with the lift and not jump forward/ reverse curl the bar

Did it in 18:33 I puked pretty much the entire way back on the last 400. I had breakfast right before the workout. I usually allow for some time but I finished eating it right before I left. Lesson learned.

Averaged between 4:10 and 4:40

Strongman

Farmers walk 350lbs

Metcon
I did 7 rounds and 5 burpees. I dropped the kettle bell and had to do turkish get ups 2 times during the workout.

Shout out to Amber with some clutch advice mid workout!!!
