Hello Crossfit folk. I use to post here a little bit until I had to leave for army basic training. I was pretty happy with my fitness before I left, but I lost a lot while I was there so now I'm on the road to gaining it back. My goals are a little different this time around though. I'd like to focus a little more on strength. My deadlift was creaping over 350 and my squat was right around 340. I'd like to get that back as quick as possible and bring them up over 400 in a years time. I'm not training specifically to bring up those two lifts though. I'd like to train like a strongman, but it's tough to find a begginers program for skinny dudes out there so if, as I post my workouts, you have any pointers or recommendations to make my training better I'd really appreciat it.

I've decided to start out on this program doing a crossfit or similar workout on the "sweat days"
