what exercises do i do if i dont have a rower today?

I also don't own or have access to a rower, so I would like to have an alternate exercise.

I shoot for matching the time of the effort. For example a 500m row should be between 1:45 and 2:00...faster if you can but those are reasonable times when doing the WOD. One can substitute running, boxjumps, KB swings...almost anything. Ideally on should utilize as much variety as possible, however incredible results may be had from a more limited number of options.
