Best Week Ever?
My Rings came in the mail on Friday, so I was already happy.
Then yesterday, I PR'd in all 3 of my CFT lifts, and met my goals of a 1.5x BW squat and 2x BW deadlift.
And then today, I was going some G2G pullups and dips on my new rings, felt kinda strong and decided to see if I could finally get a muscle up....
I got 2 consecutive.
Had to tell someone that would understand
