5k was the WOD today, Danny and I ran from his house to the bridge and back on the x-country trail - closer to 4+ miles. Untimed, but I'm pretty sure we came in around 30 minutes.

1 Bench: 9 Pullups: 40 (50 but 10 weren't legit, split bar)
2 Bench: 7 Pullups: 26 (chest to bar)
3 Bench: 6 Pullups: 24 (chinup grip)
4 Bench: 5 Pullups: 17 (rings that were too low)
5 Bench: 6 Pullups: 23 (chin over bar, regular)

HSPUs killed me, swings were hard but do-able, and muscle ups were pretty easy.
