Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

hey everyone. started doing some crossfit-type workouts after reading through this website a little while ago. after i did i noticed i got stronger, faster than i had previously working out. awesome website completely dedicated to fitness. i have started the beginner's program (added some stuff to it) and look forward to the WOD's after the 12 weeks is over. thanks for all of the information.
