drinking 8 litres of water and urinating nearly as much seems quite pointless i know my body is not absorbing it all or effective as it could, plus my urine is clear as can be ,anyone have knowledge of what to add to my water to make it absorb in the body better?

are you drinking distilled? Distilled will not absorb and actually filter you out of nutrients if used constantly.

drinking 8 litres of water

why are you drinking that much water? 8 cups, not liters. You're drinking 16 lbs of water a day.
