Exercises Movements, technique & proper execution

I was reading the Feb. 06 CF certification notes and I saw the Snatch broken down into 4 practice phases.

In phase 3 I saw a progression for working on the scoop and building power in the snatch:

The scoop has three phases:
1. Hip Thrust
2. Trunk Whip
3. Hip and Whip (a combination of both)

Are there any CrossFit videos out there demonstrating these movements? They make sense in my head but it would be great to see someone actually doing them. I saw the Scoop video in the Excercises section, but that video does not seem to address the same points as the seminar notes addressed.
