Wow! I really liked the article on cleans in the July Crossfit. I just finished teaching a lot of people how to snatch in Ohio...a lot of people...and this article would have been nice to have on hand.
In the next few weeks, I am going to be getting pictures on the method I used and I will slap them up.
If anyone needs help with any particular O lift questions, I will be glad to help to the best of my ability here on this forum. Really, though, the key...as in all activities...is to "show up." Try it a few times, a few workouts and struggle through the big questions. Then, let me and the others help you with the details.
