I have been trying to figure out how I can start fitting gymnastics into my routine. I do the Starting Strength workout mwf and have been wondering what ring skills I should try to develop. I can nail more than 5 muscleups w/o training, but have been looking for some things to train.

What skills should I be trying to develop?
What exercises should I be doing for gymnastic strength?
How should I start working these w/o messing up my progress in Starting Strength?

Is there a list of progressions for beginners?
