Rippetoe needs You

Mark Rippetoe at CrossFit Wichita Falls has an opportunity for a Level I or higher trainer. He needs a competent, responsible person who is willing to relocate to North Texas to develop the CrossFit program potential of a 100,000+ market in a well-equipped 8100 sq.ft. facility. The right person will be innovative, motivated, resourceful, willing to learn, and committed to changing the way strength and conditioning is practiced. An odd sense of humor will also be helpful. Contact Rip at torshammar@aol.com with your resume, or call 940.696.0829 afternoons and evenings.

Odd sense of humor? Could you give us an example?

Sorry, couldn't resist. Best of luck.

Man if i was single and had no ties I would do it in a heartbeat!! The chance to work with Rip and Kilgore would be awsome!

I'm slightly lactose intolerant, so I guess I'm out (I'm also not Level 1 certified )

Re: Rippetoe needs You

I am wanting to go to a level 1 cert. currently I am in the national guard in Arkansas. Really wanting to start college at some point in the near future. ( I am 35 yrs old ) I was especially thinking about trying to go to MidWestern State. I figure if it put out RIP, DR Kilgore, and Glenn Pendlay. it has to be a pretty good program. Only downside is that I am rear detachment while my unit is deployed. Just getting over ACL reconstruction. It will be near the first of the year before I could move. Maybe Rip will be looking for more help around then.
