Oh yeah, I'm glad we did Elizabeth so close together. It gave me a chance to experiment with a lower weight (55#) and improve my time by about 10 minutes. It was a good compromise as it still took me almost 20 minutes with good intensity.

Like the iPod shuffle, sometimes it rocks, and sometimes it SUCKS! Depends what the song/WOD does to you...

(My bad iPod experience relates to a scene where you get up to "change that stupid song" because another person *cough*cough* asks you to, only to be bested by the almighty shuffle, and have that same damn song pop up again. And yeah, you heard it after your "return", because the iPod hard drive did that little delay thingie for about 10 secs...)

Oops-wasn't this a WOD thread?:biggrin:
