"8 reasons carbs help you lose weight". this article is ridiculous!!

Seriously, some of the reasons they say that carbs are good for you just blow my mind. like that corn and starches help to blast belly fat. where do they come up with this stuff? It must have been a communications firm that has some sort of agribusiness as one of their clients.
