"Strength" Training
I go to a "24 Hour" globo (they let me use chalk and have yet to yell at me for anything).
This was in their newsletter... It's so horrible. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXilU...layer_embedded (wfs) Not only are there half squats; but they're half squats with the same weight they're doing curls with. The stupid stopsign plates also suck ***. Their old location was awesome, and even had a platform and bumper plates (unfortunately, before I knew anything about weightlifting). |
