that is kinda freaky looking reminds me when i was a little kid and my dad would show my sister and i how he could roll his belly (a trait that unfortunately didn't get passed down to me)

That's easy to do.

Suck your breath in and then tense your abs. That's all there is to it. If you're having trouble then just lie on the ground and suck your stomach in and then do half a situp/crunch and it will automatically do it for you.

Also, the rolling abs thing is easy to do as well. It's probably a bit harder to learn though as you have to basically learn how to suck different parts of your stomach in. Then just start from top to bottom (I can't go bottom up.. if it's even possible) and then it just flows.

Yes Steven, it is possible to go bottom up. I'll try to get a video posted in the Digital Coaching section. But seriously, us skinny guys have been doing that since we were kids - maybe not to the extent that guy does it.

I think the term for the excercise of sucking your stomach in is called stomach vacuums.
