Improving wallballs?

Any thoughts on how to improve wallballs? I suck at them especially when I get fatigued.

I guess I just need to add them to my warm-up, but I dunno.

I am using a 15lb ball to 10feet. We don't have a lighter ball, and I refuse to go to 8'. I have been getting better with them and was able to do 10 at a time with very short rests between sets, but yesterday I did filthy and was barely able to do 3 at a time (killing my Filthy time as the wallballs took me WELL over six minutes).

Re: Improving wallballs?

Use a heavier ball. I know that sounds a little to simple but thats what I have the women at my gym do when they have the same complaint. Aim for the 10' with a heavier ball you dont have to hit it but at least try. Do like a skill either before or after a WOD.

Now why didn't I think about again faster... the last time I had an issue (double-unders) I went there, and yesterday I did 50 in a row!!

Thanks, I will go check the out.
