As I was looking over an image from the main page ( http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/...rCertWomen.jpg ) I couldn't help but notice how lean the woman on the lower left hand corner is! Very impressive. Personally, even at 7-8% body fat I was unable to accomplish such definition, does it entail going lower than that or is simply a genetic predisposition?
I'd be very happy that lean :-) |

Awwww yes, you mean Nicole? Yeah, she's someone to be admired. Anyway, I don't know if it is necessarily a good idea to compare yourself to the ladies because there are different BM indexes to consider, as well as other physical differences. However, hazarding a guess, I would say that your nutritional intake would be key for starters. But, genetics do play a part in how we respond to certain activities IMHO.

Charles: no save needed. I really do feel that the Crossfit ladies are hotties. I would'nt say what I don't mean. There was a thread posted about the CF ladies body type vs. those of supermodels and the majority ruled that they definately preferred the CF ladies. I also agreed.:msn-wink:

At the risk of being inappropriate....
How long before "Crossfit •••" becomes a permanent member of the pop-culture lexicon? Cause there ain't nothing finer... Yeah, I'm a degenerate. Don't mind me... To be useful: I'm guessing the male equivalent of that lady's bf% would probably be around 5%, being that that's the last fat deposit the body seems to want to burn up...& she's ripped as all get out. |
