"Finest" Brand Fish oil caps w/Twice the omegas Any Good?

(1) cap has 1200mg total or
410mg EPA and 274mg DHA omega 3's

I've been taking 6 caps a day for a total of 4.1g omega 3's.
I froze some and the inside stayed completely liquified. Was also totally clear.

Ingredients: Fish, (anchovy, Sardine) Soy. <<<What's with that?

Those are the same ones I use, but I couldn't tell you if they are worth a hoot or not.

actually both of thoses are good. good dha and eha mgs.

if your incorporating fish in your weekly menu.. then 6 a day is a bit much.
fish twice weekly .. 4 per day is ample. zero fish.. 6 would be the number to entertain if not more.

price is decent.

I think 4 is enough. Looks good to me. Like the previous guy said, with fish in the diet.

Hey Lonnie, do you know of a place in Granbury called Flips Stop? I think that was the name. Just wondering if it was still around.

Do you count fish oil caps into zone calculations or are they freebies?
