Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

Great workout today with Nicole and Anthony. We started with Tabata squats and went into a workout: 3 rounds, Run 400m, 21-15-9 reps of pullups, pushups, 85ft walking lunges, burpees, situps.

I really enjoyed meeting everyone. Looking forward to more group workouts as the weather improves!
