New and good. Everything is about the same really. Loving my familly. Kids are tough, but I love every min of it. I bring my 3yo son up on weekend wile I'm doing the workout and he can do pullups on a rope and deadlifts, more like sumo deadlift high pull with 20lbs, his weight is 30lbs. I don't push him, he just grabs stuff and does what I do. So I got an EZ curl bar he uses with 2 1/2lbs on it. it is so cool!!
I'm a business analyst for a software company. Which sounds quite vague, but my focus is on configuration and implementation of our product for customers, as well as marketing and training.

SO cute that your son is copying his daddy It's so important to encourage kids to work out these days. Well, keep up the great work (and work outs!). I'll be talking to ya

Re: Danielle's Dungeon

WOD: Back Squats
For load, 5-5-5-5-5.
45 / 95 / 95 /105 /115

Form was decent but I should have listened to the logical parts of my brain that said to use less weight and focus on going deeper. The competitive part of me was screaming for more weight. Besides, I have Yoga for Runners boot camp at 6 am, so I can't completely kill my quads or the warrior series of poses will wreck me!!

Re: Danielle's Dungeon

WOD: Shoulder Press
For load, 5-5-5-5-5.
45 / 45 / 45 / 45 / 45

Attempted 55# twice, but no cigar.

Going to the Keys soon so workouts may be at a pause, but I'm happy that I'm still able to work in the occasional CF on top of my yoga and running routine!

Re: Danielle's Dungeon

You did the SP workout, 5 reps is no joke. Great job.

Re: Danielle's Dungeon

WOD: 400m run
4 rounds, for time. Rest between as required.

1:59 / 1:52 / 1:50 / 1:44

All via treadmill - I prefer to run outside but c'est la vie.

So... I read the WOD early yesterday morning and last night had it stuck in my mind that it was 400 m runs... turns out it was supposed to be 800 m, but oh well. I went to an hour and half of hot yoga afterwords, so it was probably better that I did 400m.
