WOD: Back Squats
For load, 5-5-5-5-5. 45 / 95 / 95 /105 /115 Form was decent but I should have listened to the logical parts of my brain that said to use less weight and focus on going deeper. The competitive part of me was screaming for more weight. Besides, I have Yoga for Runners boot camp at 6 am, so I can't completely kill my quads or the warrior series of poses will wreck me!! |

For load, 5-5-5-5-5. 45 / 45 / 45 / 45 / 45 Attempted 55# twice, but no cigar. Going to the Keys soon so workouts may be at a pause, but I'm happy that I'm still able to work in the occasional CF on top of my yoga and running routine! |

WOD: 400m run
4 rounds, for time. Rest between as required. 1:59 / 1:52 / 1:50 / 1:44 All via treadmill - I prefer to run outside but c'est la vie. So... I read the WOD early yesterday morning and last night had it stuck in my mind that it was 400 m runs... turns out it was supposed to be 800 m, but oh well. I went to an hour and half of hot yoga afterwords, so it was probably better that I did 400m. ![]() |
