Hey Danielle- It's been way too long since I've checked in with you and damn have I missed alot! Sounds like you've got your **** together which I never doubted. One of my favorite songs (it's become my mantra) is a oldie french tune sung by Edith Piaf called "Je Ne Regrette Rien." Never look back...move forward...
Huge props on the new job!
Here's to better and bigger things in 2009!

I named it holy hell because those were the first two words I muttered when I was finished, haha. Another workout that looks easy on paper!

Great quote, thanks As long as I have you around to admire, I will have motivation!!!

Question for tomorrow (FGB) -- I am going to have to sub two items due to my personal gym's limitations.
What are your thoughts on these subs?
Wall Ball --> Thrusters (this one is listed in FAQ)
Box Jumps --> Tuck Jumps (just a wild guess?)

..This is provided that I get out of work early enough to work out before our party

Re: Danielle's Dungeon

Yep, those are the right subs! Now all you need is an FGB timer. There used to be a great one on crossfitwarehouse.com (wfs) that was downloadable for free. Haven't checked to see if it's still there. It wasn't the best music but it got the job done! Have fun!

Yay, thanks!! I was debating how I was going to do that I was thinking about hanging my stopwatch from a spot so I could always see it... this is MUCH easier though!!

Re: Danielle's Dungeon

For the box jumps, jump up stairs in the stairwell. Just don't jump the full height, because you'll have to cover some horizontal distance. It will be slower, but tuck jumps don't give you the same triple extension of a good box jump.
