Re: What is Santa Bringing you this year for Fitness?

Hate to say it but garage gym is about done. Want the rogue/pendlay elite bumpers in kilos but can't/won't until I can clean and jerk my current 275 lb set... nearly there but not by Christmas...

I know what you mean...got the Sorinex GHD this past Monday (what a beast of a piece of equipment...and I mean that in a good way) and now just waiting on my Rogue paralletes and I will be done, except for putting some type of kick plate on the drywall in the workout area....had to dump a snatch the other day and now have a hole the size of the end of a barbell in the wall

A safety squat/ Yoke bar. My beat-up rugby shoulders are thanking Mom this Christmas.

This makes me happy and sad at the same time. Mine too is pretty much done. I'm really at the point of upgrades. Like maybe a C2 Model D instead of my B. A real GHD instead of my roman chair rig. etc.

I've been having to get a bit more exotic now that the basics are covered. I recently picked up an axle, atlas stone, and some chains. Now maybe I need can ask for something to use as an adjustable Box for box squats?

Congrats! I have two of the male models, two female models. They're great for things like press, squats (put them on your back), and curls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND swinging (like you would a kettlebell) nor slams (like you would a rage ball, etc.) Have fun!

Nothing too ambitious, some Rogue Do-Wins and a Lifting Belt.
