Re: You're Best Stuff

1. Hot Sauce. I can't imagine life w/o. Tabasco's Habanero, sometimes with some Dave's Insanity mixed in for some added heat.

2. Ipod, my job is barely tolerable with it, w/o I'd be in the psyc ward.

3. internet, god what did people do before it?

4. Heat, after a workout in a semi-heated, to a near tropical 35 degrees, garage, you realize how nice it is to come inside to heat

5. My garage gym. W/O it I honestly might have quite working out. Commercial gyms were a nightmare.

Eleiko Barbell Training set. It cost as much as my first motorcycle and has been well worth every penny.

Lynne or any other moderator - would you please change my title to this thread to "Your Best Stuff". I can't believe I wrote You are best stuff. I make every attempt to not be illiterate and don't want Dr. Suze or anyone else here to think I'm a toothless moron.

6. My Kbs, Dynamax Med Balls, Rings, Bumper plates, and Nissan Titan.
