July 30:
EMOM 20 Min - 1 Hang Snatch, increasing weight each rep to find 1RM.
Started - 33lb
Finished - 99lb PR

Failed 103lb numerous times, just couldn't stabilize it.

Back Squat for reps 1 (95lb) - 30 something reps

Push ups for reps - on bar, not good.

Every 3 min for 15 minutes, 5 power snatches - 68lb
Run 1 mile for time - 8:48

Sept 22:
chip timed 5k - 29:58

Sept 23: 40 front squats - 95lb

Sept 24: every 3 minutes for 15 minutes, 2 clean & jerks - 95lb.
