OK I've been on the Crossfit/Zone regime for a couple of months now and I am fitter than I've ever been, stronger, more defined etc. It's all great.

I've gone from 84 to 87kg in the two months since I have been on the program and I have been wondering what will happen from here on in. Will I steadily gain weight until I weight 110kg? Will I be steady around this weight or start to lose a couple of kilo as more fat burns off? Body fat is at 8% at the moment.

I'm not to worried but I don't want to be gaulked at on the street because I am so big...

If you do a quick search (specifically in the nutrition forum) you will find that there are tons of people on this site who would love to have that "problem". More than likely, the hormonal optimization of the Zone and the increased neuro-endocrine response that you get from functional movements has cranked up your anabolic hormones and is sending you towards your ideal weight. You will probably level out soon enough at which point you will be a beast!
