Thanks, Lance - you guys are awesome clients. You have your own ideas, and you're open to input at the same time. It's been a pleasure.

@Jeff - true; only reason I didn't mention the Drupal/Joomla threads is that I'm never on them, being an exclusively WordPress guy. But if that's your thing, then cool.

Re: favorite affiliate website

I just had our site and blog re-done and welcome and feedback. There are still a few pages that need work but it's 90% done.

Re: favorite affiliate website

Hey Damon - looks good; I checked it out when you first posted the news, but the dust was still settling.

I love the home page approach you're using, from the full-width slider to the info blurbs and member shots - all good stuff.

Design-wise, I found the font used for the titles to be a bit anemic; it's clean and sophisticated, but not bold enough to make the kind of visual impact that helps the eye find what it's looking for. Could it be a bit darker, or even bolder (not sure what variants exist on the font). I just think it would help people skim the material easier.

Oh, and I went looking for your schedule of classes (trying to think like a newbie who'd just heard of you), and it was a bit buried... I find the sidebar graphics & links to be somewhat confusing at times. Just something to think about.

All in all, it looks really good; the colors, the presentation, all are very clean and easy to read (except that one font choice). I like how you didn't overwhelm people with too many choices, too much information, too fast.

Hope this helps.

No idea - but you could check the Typepad thread: http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=25067 . Someone there could probably point you in the right direction.
