winging shoulder blade

My left shoulder blades winging out

what can I do to retrain it back ?

I tried standing single arm rows but I getting a bit of cracking and popping don't think working to well . same thing with the ext Rotation exercise s

The only thing that working ok it lots of prone Ts

Purely strict winging is due to weak/inactivated serratus anterior.

Scapular pushups or DB shoulder "punches"

It may be a good idea to strengthen all of the articulations of the shoulder as well though...

All of the RC cuff directions + LYTP's should get you started

How often should I be doing these exercise ? twice a day 5 days a week ?

3-5x a week... not twice a day is fine.

Found the Ts and Y s better on the floor will try them on the ball occasionally, to see if I improved on the ball.
