10,000lbs in 4:35

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdP2ytSJIYg You must indicate whether your links are Work and Family Safe (WFS)

Canadian Powerlifter, Agatsu Barbell Instructor, and Crossfit Ottawa/Capital Weightlifting's Willie Albert moving 10,000+ lbs in 4:35 via Crossfit Total (squat, dead, press).

This counts as increased work capacity, right??

Re: 10,000lbs in 4:35

This is impressive. That DL looks like a cake-walk for him. Though, I was surprised at the relatively low Press for how much other weight he was moving. Maybe that's his weakest link and he wanted to just do as close to 1000lbs CFT as possible.

Re: 10,000lbs in 4:35

I think the press was just to round out the weight to 1000lbs.

Both the squat and the dead are well over 400lbs, so I think the press was just the remainder.

Re: 10,000lbs in 4:35

I was just coming here to post this, saw it on OPT's blog. This is the most impressive CF related video I've seen in a while in terms of actual heavy weight for lots of volume quickly (since David Morgan's king kong).
