20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each)

(34:45; as rx'd, had to run upstairs to indoor track for run, slightly further than 400m)

(Went well through 3rd and 4th rep, it was hard to resist the lowering on the last 3 reps. No problems with push-ups)
100 Burpee Challenge: 49
Met goal for over 1000 CrossFit Total!!! Go me!!!

WOD: Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Row 500 meters
25 Turkish Get-ups with a 60-pound dumbbell
(Subbed 50- 1.5 pood SDHP for rowing and used 45-pound dumbbell for TGU; 1 full round plus 50 SDHP and 22 TGU)
100 Burpee Challenge: 50
