Are the Puma Salohs good for CFSB

So i have a pair of Puma Saloh, will that be good for CFSB? Since your doing a metcon but also doing heavy lifts.

I've had a pair for a few months and they're pretty versatile--they're better than soccer shoes or Chucks for running and they're still low, flat, and uncushioned enough to be a good squat/deadlift/Oly shoe. VFFs are another good option but your feet may need a little more protection if you're doing stuff like box jumps.

I love my Salohs, but if you're running on the field, get something with more grip. I'd use my Salomons (waterproof trail running shoes) for that.
