Talking Strength gains!!!

This is well deserved for my 100th post in my workout log.

Something caught my eye as I was scrolling through my workout-log... my strength gains! I don't have a lot of strength gains to post since I joined a CF gym for a couple of months that didn't have heavy lifting but its good to point out!

Before: Saturday, February 14th, 2009 95 lb cleans
Now (today is May 13th): PR 165 lb power clean (almost got to 175)! 135 squat clean!

Monday, February 23rd, 2009
Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
135 135 155 185 205
135 was my old PR before this
Monday, May 04, 2009
3,3,3,3,3 front squats

Thursday, February 26th, 2009
Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
My Loads: 95, 105, 135 (turned into a push press), 135, 145, 145 (my back gave out a little in the middle of it and I needed help racking), 135

Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
115, 135, 155, 165 attempt but failed to power clean it so I decided to not count that round and scale down again, 155, 155 (around this time I gained the courage to go back up to 165 again), 165, 165. Hit my power clean PR twice! And jerked it! I could of done 185 push jerk if you asked me.

Every day I get stronger. I'm thankful for TFL helping me point out my inflexibility and my bad form and pushing me to the best of my ability, thankful for CrossFit showing me the ropes, and to you guys! YOU ROCK!!!
My Log ; M/25/6'/ 175 lbs ; They call me "Franiel" because I accidentally did "Fran" 3 times in a row!
