I'm thinking that keeping a public log might help me stick to the CFSB program, so here it is:

mostly practiced the skill - ended w/115#

then:
Deadlift 5 sets of 3
205 x 3, 215 x 4, 225 x 3, 235 x 3 (PB for 3), 225 x 3
then:
115 x 21 (too light)

you've got to be kidding me, I will learn the muscle up before this comes around again.

5 sets for lowest total working time:

10 thrusters - 95#
20 chin ups
rest 2 minutes

1:09, 2:12, 2:46, 3:42, 3:28

continuous thrusters were clearly the limiter in this workout
