i was thinking that with the decreasing timed burpees that we start out at like 5:00 and take off like :10 everyday. does that sound reasonable or should those #'s be adjusted?

so far 1 vote for the decreasing time burpees and 1 for the fran. i am leaning towards the angie or cindy myself, but i'll wait a little bit to vote.

Re: poll: next challenge to start oct. 6th?

I like the decreasing burpup time by 10 sec each day but I voted for the fran-quest since I'm still detoxing from burpups.

Here's one for hardarses: weighted walking lunges+5#+5steps each day.

Day 1 = 5# for 5 steps

Day 2 = 10# for 10 steps

Day 3 = 15# for 15 steps

until you can't make the cut

It will get hard fast and probably need a lot of recovery so everyotherday might be beneficiall toward the end. I've done 50# and 60 steps before and really felt it for many days after. The only thing I don't like about it is the odd number of steps days - just have to add one on those days.

i really like that one. we'll have to remember that and use it for the next challenge after this. i need to do more lunges. not just for the strength benefits, but also for the balance.

I like this - but would prefer (because I need to work on it) the exercise to be overhead squats instead of walking lunges.

Cindy sounds good

I was thinking about doing Heavy Thrusters 135# add 2 a day.

I may do that at our place starting on the 1st
