Fartlekking(running through woods, without following an actual path)is great for reflex training ... you have to dodge branches, duck, jump over ditches, cover your face, make sure you don't slip ... if you're a real badass, try it with an eye-path. Your depth perception is greatly limited with that ...

Dodging med balls can be great as well ...

Wearing sunglasses is also great to make things harder ... just don't use your good ones ;-)

I'll definitely have to try "fartlekking", just for the thrills it looks really fun!

Dodging med balls got me thinking about what a great sport dodgeball is...

Speed bag training is great for reflexes and rhythym. If you move your whole body when you hit and keep up a constant and fast rhythym, you can build up your reflexes. Works for me.
