Re: CFSB Question

Ted,
You are giving advice on CFSB, you live ten minutes from me and have never come up? Shame on you.

i noticed that the other day. i really need to get up there and check out what you guys are up to.

i read a lot of the other CFSB thread and i am looking forward to doing a full cycle. although i think i am going to tweak a few things for my own goals, but i plan on starting in the next few weeks. maybe i'll stop by and run my program by you sometime this week?

Re: CFSB Question

Okay so today I had to do DL and I chose the 3x3 also with a protocol of 15-12-9. This is how I ended up doing it and please let me know if it was smart of me to do it this way. I started off with 1x5 135lbs, 1x5 225lbs, 1x3 315lbs then i PR'ed at 1x3 365lbs and stopped. Then gave it about 3-5minutes and went on to the 15-12-9 protocol at 255lbs with a minute rest in between. Am I on the right track here guys?

Re: CFSB Question

That's exactly what I would have done. That's great weight on the protocol too, great job.
