Much tougher than I thought it was going to be going in.

Runs were all steady, but that 275 wound up feeling surprisingly heavy after a couple of rounds.

Working up slow today trying to concentrate on being really solid in the bottom when I receive the bar, holding it for a second and then standing the weight up.

Would have pushed the weight up a little higher but had to stop for about twenty minutes to count reps for someone doing the sectional workout and didn't really want to warm back up to heavier weight.

9 Wall Balls @20

5 Rounds + 2 Power Cleans

Wanted to hit something with burpees and wall balls in it in anticipation of one or both movements popping up in a sectional workout. Definitely felt it going straight from wall balls to cleans.

Came out guns blazing with nine reps in the first minute, but after that the legs started fatiguing really quickly from of the runs and back extensions from yesterday.

Definitely going to hit this again on Sunday. I'll get my 30 then.

Going to be thrustering the weight for as long as I can when I hit the sectional workout again so decided to push press rather than jerk.

Lots of foam roll and lax ball stuff to finish. Rest day tomorrow then getting my 30 on Sunday.

Run 400 meters (1:40)

Total: 17:24

Just complete and utter misery. Held up fine during the mile, but descended into self pity mode at around the 400 mark during the 1,200. After that it was pure survival.

Goal was to come in right around the 17:00 mark.
