the oz man checks in

had my first crossfit session 2 days ago

WOD = 150 wall balls (with penalties)

got to 109 with 7kg medicine ball... then it all went down hill after knees to elbows penalty... didn't finish

still can't move properly lol

how do i know how to properly scale a WOD ?

once i recover i'll be getting back on the horse but want to train more consistently... i don't mind being sore... but after my first WOD i am downright rooted and can hardly walk :S
