I have a problem with my wrist that hinders me in certain exercises, particularly when doing pushups, cleans or front squats with a barbell.

Since High School my right wrist has always had very limited range of motion. I can bend my left wrist back slightly past 90 degrees, but, my right wrist will not go further than say 65 degrees.

I attribute it to my wrestling days, though I never injured it specifically, and I'm sure that spending hours on the computer at work isn't helping matters.

I've visited orthopedic surgeons on two occasions and both found nothing wrong with my wrist.

Is anyone aware of any mobility exercises I could do to increase the range of motion in my wrist?

Get on your knees. Then press your hands to the floor in every angle you can. Palms up, palms down, fingers facing you, away, L/R. Rock around on your hands. The muscles/tendons/ligaments in and around your wrists are tight. You need to stretch them. Do this often.
