Don't remember dreams at all. with or without the ZMA. But I do feel more rested with the ZMA.

Nope.

I sleep better with vitamin D though.

Mg doesn't affect my sleep.

after hearing about Natural Calm from a Robb Wolf Pod Cast I gave it a try and notice a bit less tossing and turning and I fall asleep easier.
